Preparation

Good solid prep work is key to any great job.  All areas are cleaned, cleared of debris and protected with either plastic covering or cloth drop sheet.  Next, painting surfaces are scraped and sanded to create a smooth surface for priming.  After that, windows and doors are caulked along with any gaps in trim.  We do small repairs to soffits, eaves and window glazing.

Finish Coat

It makes sense to have 2 finish coats of paint to provide a solid surface to protect against the elements and to give you solid coverage.

We use Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore paints and stains and have found over the past 25 years, that the coverage and the durability and the look and finish of the paint makes for a great paint job.
